Laws and regulations for self-employed individuals

From 1 January 2025, the government will be stricter in monitoring false self-employment. For some freelancers, this may mean that their self-employed status comes into question, with possible financial or legal consequences.

The changes sometimes make it more challenging for freelancers to find assignments. At the same time, working as a temporary worker is becoming more attractive: more security, additional benefits, and a sustained demand for skilled workers in construction.
