About the position

As a Construction Recruiter, you are responsible for (online) searching, recruiting and selecting qualified craftsmen for our clients. You actively build a strong network of candidates within the construction sector and maintain contact with our existing intermediaries at home and abroad.
From our office in Beek-Ubbergen, you work closely with our account managers. They coordinate new vacancies with you, after which you ensure the right candidates are found. Together you make the perfect match.
What will you do?
As a recruiter:
• You actively search, recruit and select candidates via various (online) channels
• You maintain contact with (inter)national recruitment agencies
• You build a strong and up-to-date candidate pool within the construction sector
• You follow up daily on incoming CVs
• You use your (social) network to bind craftsmen to us
• You coordinate closely with account managers regarding vacancies and proposed candidates
• You make sure you know exactly what candidates can do and what they are looking for
You work for both SMEs and large, national players who are constantly looking for qualified professionals. Thanks to your knowledge of people and commercial feeling, you repeatedly lay the foundation for a successful cooperation between candidate and client.
